I built a tunnel on my "Ender 3 Pro" printer to direct airflow from the fan to the extruder cooler, because the fan blew hot air off the extruder heater and it really bothered me. The heater should not be cooled by the fan, even though it is mostly hidden in a silicone sleeve. Now the extruder will heat up faster and I suppose it also uses less power. I used PETG material, but PLA can be used when you're feeling bored. Don't turn off your printer right after printing, let the extruder cool down first. The tunnel is attached to the fan with three screws. One screw holds only the fan. The tunnel can be mounted on all Chinese printers that have the same extruder design.
