I made this design to test the direct extrusion in the ender 3 without making any investment, using what comes as standard, you only need to buy two 25mm m3 screws. With this modification I have regulated the retraction to 0.6mm. I don't know if it will be very stable in time or if it will have to be recalibrated, I leave it here in case someone else wants to try it.
