This mounter allows for direct extrusion with the Ender3. Stock parts can be used without modification. Reinforcing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3570688 has significantly reduced vibrations during printing. By doing so, it has improved overall print quality. On June 30th, 2019, I added several comments to this post. Since then, some changes have been made to the extruder setup. A bowden tube measuring approximately 72 mm now connects the extruder and hotend directly. The brass joint that previously connected them has been removed from the extruder assembly.
