Based on the design by @ffleurey: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:147705, a complete redesign of the extruder was done to enable its use with bearing 608zz and a fan mounted on the right side. UPDATE: For better results, use the improved idler "idler improve.stl", where the position of the bearing has been modified 2mm upwards and 2mm closer to the drive gear.
