Direct Drive Mount with Hinging Fan Cover for Ender 3, CR-10, etc.

I really liked Allules's Hot End Cooler mod (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4163014), and used it for a bit, but I wanted to convert my Ender 3 Pro to direct drive. I tried Sashalex007's SpeedDrive v1 direct drive conversion (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3816051), but the two pieces couldn't fit together. I originally just modified the two pieces to work together, but the combination wasn't seamless. So, I decided to take the best of both worlds and design a part from scratch that had the function of both parts in one piece. The hinging door for the hotend fan allows much easier access to the hotend for changing nozzles, replacing hotends, etc, and the part snaps into place and only requires the two stock screws to secure, plus two m3x10 screws for the fan duct, which can be taken from the original fan cover's fan mounting points. Feel free to remix this, especially the fan duct, which could use improvement. The Fusion 360 file is included.
