Direct Drive modifications for Bertha 3.0 for the X and Z axis

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1471721 parts used can be found here. ***Updated X axis drive connector 9 Feb 2020.*** Also included in this are a modified upper of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4079029. ***Sorry I left out the Nema 23 motor mounts for the X axis.*** They can be found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4106781. ***They have been added here in the downloadable files.*** While printing parts for Bertha 3.0, modifications came up for converting from belt drive to direct drive using 8 mm lead screws for the X axis and Z axis. For the Z axis, an anti-backlash nut was used, requiring a spacer between linear bearings on the Z axis. Upper side panels on the X axis require two 608 ZZ Bearings on each side to support the 8 mm lead screw. A T8 2/8 mm x 1000 mm lead screw is used on the X axis and a T8 2/8mm x 300 lead screw with an anti-backlash nut is used on the Z axis. Included are two Nema 23 motor mounts, depending on the coupler used. ***Added X axis Limit switch triggers 7 Feb 2020*** Also recommend these stepper drivers: HiLetgo 4.5A TB6600 TB6600HG Single Axis Stepper Motor Driver Controller. Issues arise with the TB6560. Please let me know if any questions come up.
