Revamp for Printrbots and Ubis hotends: all Printrbot Jr owners should utilize the base Jr tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xb7hPECXst4) combined with an easy filament change guide (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1FkHT_6MmU). In a recent update (11/2013), a base version featuring a fan mount was added to prevent filament sticking in the lower basetube. Accessible for download are counterclock versions if your mk8 gear turns counterclockwise for extrusion, and clockwise versions for opposite direction extrusion. Assembling is straightforward, requiring 2x M3 x 10 screws, 1x M3 x 25 screw, 2x hotend screws (1" 6-32 original, possibly M4 substitutes if M3 is too small), 1x M4 x 50 or larger hex screw (preferably DIN 931 8.8), 1x spring, 1x 608 bearing, 1x M4 nut, and some M4 washers. If a DIN 931 8.8 screw isn't available, file the threads of a M4x60 to allow smooth spring sliding. For optimal fan functionality, incorporate a 60mm fan as well.
