added a hole for the m3 bolt that holds the stock fan cover. Added a handle so to be able and press the extruder spring. Cable management for cables to go behind. With this design you have to unscrew only one wheel of the htend plate to install the direct drive! The whole print fits tight to the plate . With the original design there was some problems for the part to fit in an ender 3v2.
