Direct Drive Bracket for Ender with All Metal Extruder

Made my own file, beacouse I have all metal extruder - watch pictures for what type of extruder is this bracket. I extended it for 10mm. It worked to me now, but maybe I will update it later with only 9mm extension. I think 10mm is a little to long now (but it works).
