Direct Drive Bowden Minimalist Extruder 2.0
thingiverse
This redesigned extruder improves upon the original found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:239710. Changes include relocating the bowden push fit connector for increased lever movement, adding a filament funnel, refining the transition area between the funnel and connector, and strengthening the feed tube on the lever. As before, it's suitable for direct drive bowden extruder applications with a hole for push fit connectors. The design is compatible with a Cerberus (Rostock style) printer or can be mounted directly to aluminum extrusion using T-Slot nuts. To assemble, use BackSidePlate.stl and FinishedLever.stl files, and follow the provided instructions. Note that when installing the push-fit connector, tap the hole with an M5 screw before insertion for a secure connection.
