Direct drive BMG extruder for Prusa Mini clone, updated version

Wanted to try building a Prusa Mini from scratch and ended up convert it to a direct drive setup by fusing the Prusa Mini extruder carriage part with the BMG extruder. This is an updated, more robust, version of my original extruder assembly. Please note that doing this conversion will void your warranty and may ruin your printer. I make no promises... but I do like how my printer works with this modification. Firmware (provided as is, not tested much) can be found here: http://tinkerheart.eu/prusamini/
