Direct drive adaptor for Ender 5 (BMG and others)

This is designed so you don't need to take out he carriage wheels to install it. Clip it on, and ad an M3 bolt with a nut at the back of the carriage plate. It is a light but solid. I have several hours of printing with it. There is a "base" and an adaptor for BMG extruder that screws on the base with M3 screws. The screws will make the thread in the plastic. Attn not to over tight the screws. This base plate can be re-used for other direct drive systems (Sherpa Mini etc.) Just need to design one for your new extruder and try it out :) For the BMG only one spacer is needed for the top screw This design allows to fit many type of cooling duct.
