This gigantic herbivore roamed Australia during the Pleistocene epoch, approximately 1.6 million to 46,000 years ago. Resembling an enormous wombat, Diprotodon reached up to 4 meters in length and weighed over 2,500 kilograms. It had a broad, robust body, pillar-like legs, and a large skull with powerful jaws suited for grazing on coarse vegetation. Diprotodon inhabited a variety of environments, from forests to open woodlands, and is thought to have played a crucial role in its ecosystem, similar to modern-day elephants. Its extinction is often linked to climate change and human activity. Additional Details Chitubox file provided if you want to resize the model.Care should be taken when removing supports.
