This device was designed as a prototype machine capable of immersing objects in a solution for coating or cleaning purposes. It operates effectively, but its dipping space is somewhat limited, making it challenging to use with larger objects or beakers. As the object is submerged, the dipping motion drifts due to the machine's working mechanism, which creates difficulties when trying to dip large items. The settings can be altered by pressing the up, down, or enter buttons. Two primary settings control the dip: speed and height. While in operation, pressing the enter button resets the dip. This controller incorporates a 16x2 LCD display and button inputs to set settings, display speed/distance during operation, and reset the dipper to a predetermined height for dipping.
