Dipole mounting case for antenna
thingiverse
With this compact case (30x60x20 mm), you can have a dipole antenna up and running in just a couple of minutes. The case is engineered specifically for a BNC-connector and features a pull relief to accommodate wires with an outer diameter, including isolators if necessary, of approximately 2.5 mm. In addition to the printed components, you'll need 8 self-tapping screws measuring 3 mm in diameter and about 9 mm long. If you're looking for clamps to secure wire ends, check out my wire end connectors (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1294612). Amendment April 2018: I added an alternative top designed to be screwed onto a 25 mm rod. I use such aluminum rods to mount antennas and with this part, it's incredibly easy to erect dipole and inverted-V antennas.
