Dip Pen and Nib Holders
thingiverse
This thing is a very fiddly print, and probably not really worth the effort, but if you want it, go for it. I recently acquired a set of Tachikawa comic pen nibs, but I'm missing one essential component - a nib holder. Fortunately, Tachikawa nib holders can be easily purchased online at Jetpens or Amazon for around six dollars and will likely perform significantly better than this makeshift solution. That being said, creating this thing was an intriguing exercise in designing and printing threaded parts. Each of the interchangeable nib holders securely holds a single nib semipermanently in place. They screw directly into the end of the pen body to facilitate use. The Tachikawa nibs come in two distinct sizes, although I discovered that the G nib and Saji/Spoon nib were slightly thicker than the Nihonji and School nibs, necessitating a slightly different cutout in the holder.
