I worked on a college project where we were tasked with creating technology for a better future. Through this project, I developed a system in which a robot would clean storm drains to prevent clogs and decrease the severity of flooding and the spread of diseases through contaminated water. When the robot gets full, it contacts an employee who collects the trash from inside it, thus also saving government cleanup crew jobs.
