First things first... where's the house gone? I've temporarily removed it to work on the dome. Next, I'll build the house from the ground up in a new location. Added a patio/pier just outside the observatory for a better view. I'm also redoing the rocks with more efficiency, which requires less computing power and is actually fun! Using the BOOLEAN UNIFORM tool, I merge rocks together and then use target weld to make them look less like low-poly spheres stuck together in one clump. Just have to be careful not to create unnecessary Ngons while doing this. While all that's exciting, a small problem has arisen during my creative spree. When using the target weld tool, I must have accidentally selected a vertex on the other side of the rocks at some point, causing it to move inward and connect with a vertex on the side I was editing - probably an easy fix I'm not aware of yet, so I'll ask about it next time. EDIT: Thankfully, someone pointed out the FILL HOLE feature, which fixed everything!
