The school project required 5,000 tris or less, but the rig needed more bones to work smoothly. However, I refused to remove it, being too stubborn for my own good. Some issues persist with how lighting interacts with terrain, and I'm still trying to pinpoint the problem. The animation was rushed, resulting in a subpar final product.
