Diode Laser Kit Upgrade (amazon kit lasers)

This upgrade is specifically designed for gantry-style diode laser engravers that utilize 20x40mm aluminum extruded beams. I modeled each of the parts after a design found on Amazon, identified as UTTINY. Parts included: Side plates: One left and one right side plate, which also features a switch box for an optional rotary axis upgrade. Feet: Front left and front right feet that relocate the control board to the front of the laser. Belt tensioner: A component that keys into the side plates and feet to allow for tightening of belts. Note that each belt tensioner will require a small pin to fold over the belt and pull to lock it in place. Laser head fan mount: This part utilizes a 40mm fan to cool down the outside housing, allowing for longer run times. Laser head electronics mount: Allows for the installation of a din rail and din connectors to connect external fan operation via 12v and common power lines. DIN rail endstop: Secures onto the din rail using m3 nuts and bolts. Laser head endcaps: Installed next to the stepper motor for the x-axis, these components hold the din rail mount in place. Control board cover: Encloses the control board with 8mm magnets. Switch box cover: An optional cover for rotary axis upgrades. Further instructions on assembly will be provided later. I'll update this thread with assembly videos and a rundown on how to make these rotary axes capable. However, I'm primarily focused on getting these files up for now.
