Diode Laser Air Assist System The clip system is designed for laser heads with 40x40mm heat sinks. To secure the clips, four magnets are used. Each magnet measures 5x5x2 in size. Additionally, a foam rubber mat with a height of 2.4mm is cut from a sheet using the laser to serve as a seal. The mat's dimensions are 36/28mm. A hose with an internal diameter of 6/4 is used for air supply. The Air Assist Holder-V2-40x40 model is equipped with a second seal on top. Important Information: To ensure optimal performance, the lower opening should be positioned no more than 1mm or less than 2mm away from the surface of the object being cut or engraved. Failure to do so may result in the laser beam burning into the 1.5mm opening at the air nozzle.
