Dino Night Light w/Base
thingiverse
Created a simple box for all three dinosaurs to mount to. I printed the original dinosaurs and made cuts/drilled holes on my build. The STLs here have the cut outs and screw holes on them. **Parts List** [Govee 16ft RGB light strip](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0991Q94KP?ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details&th=1) - Self adhesive, bluetooth, lots of cool lighting effects in the app. x6 M3x5mm screws - x2 per dinosaur to attach them to box lid x1 M3x10mm screw - Used to secure power connector inside box. [RGB Extensions](https://www.amazon.com/RGBZONE-Connectors-Extension-Non-Waterproof-Connection/dp/B08NX8TN8C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=3+pin+rgb+connector&qid=1648003423&s=hi&sprefix=3+pin+rgb+%2Ctools%2C100&sr=1-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyRVRBVjBQWEhINUZOJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMDEyODM4TkE2Vzk0OFA4RVcmZW5jcnlwdGVkQWRJZD1BMDc0NjYxMDJDUVFDVEhWODZNVDgmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl) - I didn't use these but really wish I had, it would have made putting the lights and dinosaurs in a lot easier. Not to mention make replacing a dinosaur possible. The light strip has 15 addressable sections. I've got four sections in each dinosaur and a single section inside the box between each dinosaur (with a spare at the end), filling them from left to right. If you are careful when doing this, fill effects will work out and look good.
