Dino-Clip Mechanical CAM Chip-Clip (PRINT-IN-PLACE)

I am so totally impressed with <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/24779-andrei/prints">Andrei's Bag Clip</a>. It is one of the most clever designs I have ever printed. From the moment I took it off the printer, I wanted to completely understand how it worked and how Andrei designed it. I spent weeks building his design up in Solidworks, trying to understand the math involved in the CAM mechanism. Once I had his model rebuilt, I then started playing and having fun with tweaks and changes. You will notice the v3.04 on the inside of the lever; there were a LOT of versions. In addition to the obvious change of giving the clip a dinosaur theme, I also: - Designed a Break-Away support tab (Easier to slice and remove supports after printing) - Increased the two post sizes to 8.5mm (Stronger clip is harder to break) - Added a chamfer to the base/top of the posts (Makes breaking parts loose easier after printing) - Added a completely different ‘teeth’ design (aesthetics and gripping the bag better) ** If this print is on Thingiverse, please let me know so I can make this a Remix - I could not find Andrei's clip here on Thingiverse. ** Update 05/20/2021: Several people have mentioned issues with the part being stuck together. This design uses a small .2mm gap around the posts, and if your printer isn't calibrated accurately, your parts are going to print larger and stick together. One solution for this is to use the Horizontal Expansion feature in Cura (other slicers have similar options). Please read through the comments as many users have found great solutions to this issue.
