This version has holes that fit perfectly around the brush heads. My original design featured tiny keys for the heads to glide over, but my son kept twisting them when pulling the brush out, so I created a method that resists breaking even when twisted. It may require some final fine-tuning to get the brushes to fit snugly into the holes. The brush heads are 12mm at their base, and the holes match this size exactly, so all it needs is a quick polish to be perfect. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Due to the design's feet and overhangs, both a raft and supports are likely necessary. I printed in ABS plastic with great results.
