This product specializes in architectural 3D rendering; however, direct importation into software like Unity is not supported. To facilitate its use in such platforms, simply bake textures using 3Ds Max or Maya (with V-Ray installed). Once imported, the model is unwrapped, shaded, and textured, negating the need for smoothing or NGone. Its textures can be easily modified or replaced, and are metrically accurate in centimeters. The software used is 3Ds Max 2017 with VRay as the renderer. Note that the scene provided only includes the object for sale, excluding the VRay light, environment, and camera.
