Hi. This is a Subdivision ready , highly detailed Dining table and chair model. This was made in blender 2.79 All the other formats are exported at subdivision level: 0 The chair contains 12,564 vertices at sub division level zero while the table contains 1,598 vertices Textures and shader are pbr metallic based at 2k resolution hence model can be imported to any software or game engine with materials working properly . All renders were made with the Cycles render engine in blender 2.79. The native file contains all lighting and shader setup hence it should render properly withought any extra work. model is correctly scaled and should fit any scene perfectly. no clean up necessary.
