<p>This is an undercarriage-style spool holder designed to mount on a DIN rail. I've found it to be both stable and versatile, plus it allows multiple spools of different widths to be mounted side by side on a single rail.</p><p>Version 3 fixes several shortcomings of the previous versions:</p><ul><li>Curved “retainer” section prevents feed issues with some new spools</li><li>No need for threaded inserts or M3 nuts; screws go directly into plastic</li><li>Added plastic bushings that may be used in place of 607 ball bearings (I recommend using PTFE lube)</li></ul>
