DIN rail tools
thingiverse
You know how wood-workers have French Cleats for their tools? I am creating a standard mount for metal-workers and electronics-workers to hold their tools on a DIN rail screwed to a wall. Included are the STLs for the holders. The holders need to be glued with Cyanoacrylate (superglue) to the DIN mount. Given that both glued surfaces are on the plate, they are very flat and the glue holds extremely well. The OpenSCAD source for all the holders is in one file on github at https://github.com/RussNelson/tool-holders . Feel free to clone it and submit push requests. I can't find where I got the DIN rail adapter originally but you can get it under a different name here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4820100 I like https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3413078 but want to get my tools off my desk and create muscle memory for where they are, not having to rotate something to get to the tool.
