<p>This DIN rail lab bench stand is a great addition for any electronics workbench. It keeps your prototyping stuff together in one place and makes your projects kind of portable.</p><p>You can find all kinds of adapters and clips for DIN rails here. Just search for “DIN rail” or just “DIN”.</p><h4>Dimensions</h4><p>125 mm high and 166 mm deep, sides angled 60°. Overall width depends on the length of your DIN rails. (Each support is 16 mm wide)</p><h4>Needed parts</h4><ul><li>at least 2x this printed part (recommended one every 15..20 cm)</li><li>4x DIN rail 35 mm x 7.5 mm x desired length (recommended about 30 cm)</li><li>4x M6 hex nuts (DIN 934) per printed part</li><li>4x Screws M6 x 12 mm (recommended ISO 7380-2) per printed part</li><li>(optional 2x M8 threaded rod and washers)</li></ul><h4>Printing</h4><p>For best results</p><ul><li>print in PETG</li><li>use a 0.4 mm (or finer) nozzle</li><li>print @0.2 mm (or finer) layer height</li><li>print four outer shells and at least 20% infill for more ruggedness</li><li>no supports needed</li></ul><h4>Assembly</h4><ol><li>Put the hex nuts into the slots</li><li>Assemble the DIN rails with the screws to the printed parts</li></ol><h4>Files</h4><p>Attached you will find the part in different file formats (3MF, STL, STEP)</p>
