A minimum panel size of three units is necessary for proper installation. There are six inches between each support, indicating that approximately seven inches of DIN rail will be required. The rail is fastened in place using two 5mm screws and two corresponding 5mm square nuts with specific measurements: eight millimeters on the edge and a height of 3.6 millimeters.
