For my solar system I needed a way to mount a 200A automotive relay on a DIN-rail. The clamp isn't spring mounted but held in place by two M4x12 screws and nuts. A bit less convenient to install but it is hopefully a one time operation only. The relay is mounted with an M6x10 screw and nut. The nuts are held in place with a drop of superglue. As I don't trust Chinese specifications I used a 200A relay despite the fact that it has to handle 40A max. May prevent that I have to change it to often....Printed in PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle, line width 0.5mm and height of 0.3mm. The base is printed with support. Infill is 15% cubic. As many of the breakers aren't tight on the rails I added a small one width unit part which allows to lock them in place (1TE-.......stl)
