DIN rail mount for PowerPole connectors: upright
thingiverse
For mounting PowerPole DC connectors on DIN rails, facing upwards is a breeze. You can easily pick up a DIN rail mountable DC power supply on ebay, like Meanwell brand, and have it ready to go next to your setup if you prefer using PowerPoles over direct wiring. A short M3 bolt screwed into the bottom will give it extra grip on the rail. Printer Settings Printer: AIO Zeus Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.28mm Infill: 15% Notes: The key factor is how well your slicer and printer handle short bridges. Mine does a great job - the plastic doesn't sag too much. Printing in the designed orientation is likely best because you need tensile strength to hold the clamp onto the DIN rail; however, this requires bridging over areas where connectors will be installed. If those cutouts are too narrow, the part might split when trying to shove the connectors in.
