To prevent damage, avoid fastening electrical components on wooden boards. Instead, use a DIN-Rail for proper placement of your Arduino Mega 2560 within an electrical cabinet, giving it a professional appearance. The initial design is showcased in the pictures, with improvements made for better print quality. Generation 3 fixes a wrong pocket, while version 4.0 should be final. Kindly let me know if any further changes are needed. I've implemented an arched window support for the last layers during printing; simply ensure the STL file is rotated to the left before printing (with arcs on top).
