DIN Rail Keystone jack clamp
thingiverse
I printed the excellent [DIN rail stand XL by maffucci](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3724876) and needed a cleaner way to manage the cat5 cable attached to one of the devices i've attached to the DIN rail. I wanted the cat5 cable to be accessed near to / the same way as the [power supply for my DIN lab](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4703604) so I came up with this; a simple device that clamps to DIN rail and has _one_ keystone jack. Prints in two parts. No support material is needed if you use the suggested print orientation. Infill and material are your choice, but the dimensional tolerances are pretty tight so print as slow as you need to. There is a *single* M4 screw that clamps the two parts together around the DIN rail. I only had socket-head screws on hand so I left a counter-sunk hole to make sure the screw head won't interfere with the keystone insert/cable. I don't remember if i used a 16mm or 18mm long screw, but anything longer than 12/14mm should be plenty. I printed with 20% infill, .2mm layer height, PLA and it's been _fine_. STL and 3mf files attached.
