Human: 0.8 update adds several undocumented features that seem to have broken the Customizer, causing inconvenience for users. Sorry about this issue. This "Designer" is designed specifically for creating DIN rail holders. Currently, it offers: * The ability to create a holder with a circular hole * Independent customization of top and bottom sizes * An option to remove the mid-section to save material * An optional finger-pull feature to release the clip * A customizable chamfer radius can be added to the top of the hole * Customization of the depth of the clip (front to back) is possible * Other feature sizes can also be customized under Advanced parameters To design your own custom item: ------------------------------- 1. Download both the .scad and .json files. 2. Install the latest Development version of OpenSCAD from http://www.openscad.org/downloads.html#snapshots. 3. Enable the Customizer according to https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenSCAD_User_Manual/WIP#Customizer. 4. Open the .scad file. 5. Choose your preset or set your customizations. 6. Render the design. 7. Export as an STL file. If you need a specific feature added, please let me know.
