This Radio case is designed for din car radios. It uses a 20v Trotec rechargeable battery with a buck converter to step down to 12v and a circuit which cuts power at 18v. It runs a little warm so you need a 60 mm fan. Speakers are 10 cm in diameter. I used hot glue to secure some parts and wagos for cable connections. On the back you can fit 2 switches for on/off and battery kill switch. For mounting the backdoor you can use anything with a 3mm diameter. You need to glue the battery dock to the door. Also at the top is a 7mm hole for an antenna. The handle and speakers can be mountet with m5 bolts and nuts. Use the support part for overhang at the front, you can stop the printer and put the support piece in before it prints mid air. Print orientation as shown above. I only used suppport touching build plate on the battery box. The case shown above is an old version, i added the fan afterwards. The download files contain the corrected version.
