Front bezel for OpenEVSE 2x16, Din rail mount with 39x59mm mounting holes for OpenEVSE PCB. Blank module covers match the LCD bezel profile exactly. The LCD panel comes in two versions: one where it's flush to the bezel and another that's slightly raised to maximize space underneath. Attach the LCD using M2x12 self-tapping screws or drill out to use regular M2x12 or M2.5x12 screws. For OpenEVSE RGB LCD v2, use shorter screws. I might revisit the design later to attach the LCD directly to the Din rail instead of the front bezel, but for now, this solution works fine and doesn't pose any issues. However, if installed in a larger cabinet, having the LCD wired and attached to the front cover would be less than ideal. Edit: I've redesigned the LCD DIN mount. Print one part with mirrored dimensions, which should yield approximately 70mm on the rail between the two mounts. The hole spacing is 75mmx31mm for the LCD. This design allows mounting OpenEVSE 46mm along with a 5V AC/DC supply at 24mm under the LCD, and an ESP8266 stacked on top of the 5V supply. Edit2: I've realized that I have the old version of the LCD, so you would likely need 4-5-6mm spacers or so to use this part. I'll try to update the design when I get a generic I2CLCD_PCF8574 with a form factor similar to the v2 RGB LCD from OpenEVSE. Edit3: I've finished the PCF8574 mount, and made a front bezel without any screw mounts. This part should also work with the original V2 OpenEVSE LCD, but I haven't got one to test it with. Edit4: I've added parts for WiFi, which are inexpensive generic parts from AliExpress. These parts are not meant for the WiFi kit sold by OpenEVSE store, and they have their own AC supply for 5V to avoid straining the OpenEVSE supply. The 5V AC/DC supply can be purchased here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32944956690.html. The 3.3v to 5v board for ESP8266 is available here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33000086175.html (only the board!). You can use either ESP07S with an external antenna or ESP12E/F with a PCB antenna, both of which have 4MB flash memory needed for OpenEVSE/ESP8266_WiFi_v2.x firmware. The ESP07 and other 1MB ESP versions will not work properly without changes. ESP07S is available here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32952402374.html (External antenna). Or, you can use ESP12F here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33042159576.html (PCB antenna).
