Dimplex Linear Convector (LC) Baseboard Heater Spacer

<p>This is a wall spacer for a Dimplex Linear Convector (LC) Baseboard Heater. It is used to keep the baseboard away from the wall and improve convection and reduce wall temperature.</p><p>I moved into a house that had three of these installed and discovered that the previous owner had installed them without these spacers. I contacted the manufacturer to see if I could get some replacement spacers but they are on backorder with a four-month wait. So I designed these using the spacer I received with a new unit I just bought so I can print this and install it and then swap them out when the new ones come.</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Printer Brand: </strong>Creality</p><p><strong>Printer: </strong>CR10S PRO</p><p><strong>Rafts: </strong>No</p><p><strong>Supports: </strong>No</p><p><strong>Resolution: </strong>0.2</p><p><strong>Infill: </strong>40%</p><p><strong>Filament: </strong><a href="http://www.amazon.com/s?url=search-alias&amp;field-keywords=eSUN+3D+PETG">eSUN 3D PETG</a><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Notes:</strong></p><p>I would recommend using PETG or ABS to print these supports. My IR thermometer shows the element on this heater gets to around 140-145F (60-62C) which puts it right at the glass transition temperature for PLA.
