So I decided to make up a heap of Dimple Die Tools that will allow you to dimple your own stuff.Designed for various millimeter sized holes, from 20mm-50mmRecommend printing them in a decent layer size, but use an infill of say, 25% grid and 0 bottom layers.Then mix up some epoxy resin and fill them with resin, this will allow the resin to create a stronger object than pure FDM alone.Designed to work with 2.5mm plate, but may work fine with thinner, dunno about thicker, as there may not be enough room around the inside of the die to allow deformation.Each side has a 1.25mm offset, so you could maybe CAD it into your own offsets.There's 2 pieces to each part, labelled with the size, so 20-1 and 20-2 are the male and female for a 20mm hole, 25-1 and 25-2 are 25mm hole, and so on and so forth, up to 50mm
