Ready for VR and games with animation. Dimorphodon was a genus of medium-sized pterosaurs from early Jurassic periods. Richard Owen, a paleontologist, named it in 1859. Dimorphodon means two-form tooth, derived from Greek words - "di" meaning two, "morphe" meaning shape, and "odon" meaning tooth. This refers to the fact that it had two distinct types of teeth in its jaws, which is uncommon among reptiles.
