Diminutive Dice Doohickey
thingiverse
This is a part of a larger all-in-one dice tray and tabletop organizer that I'm designing for my sister to use during our D&D games, but it also works on its own. She wanted a dice tower, but it needed to be as small as possible to fit within one of the compartments, so this is what I came up with. The front is entirely open, but the intermediary ramps are angled back by 10 degrees to prevent dice from falling out mid-roll. I've tested it with every type and size of dice I own, including store-bought acrylic, glass, and metal, as well as homemade cast resin dice (which are a bit larger). I have run into zero issues of any kind. The smallest gap is between the first and second ramps, and it measures 23mm at its narrowest.
