Dimensional Accuracy Test - Millimeters

Dimensional Accuracy Test - Millimeters

prusaprinters

I whipped this small test design up to check the dimensional accuracy of my printer. This will print circles and squares of various sizes as holes and towers that can be measured to verify accuracy and determine any dimensional over/under-sizing I need to do in an upcoming design project. The dimensions for the circles and squares are printed on the base. The base should be 5mm tall with 5mm protrusions allowing for a check of Z-axis at 5mm and 10mm respectively. I made this because I noticed that my prints were coming out roughly .7mm off of dimension from what I had designed. Ive got that dialed in a lot closer with some flow rate adjustments and now want to see what I can do to print objects as close to desired size as possible.
