I utilized Stellar Labs PLA with precise settings to achieve the desired outcome: - A nozzle temperature of 220C - A bed temperature of -65C - A raft configuration consisting of five layers, alternating at 90-degree intervals every other layer - I strategically minimized support material by placing it only along the edges of the coin slot - To accommodate a penny instead of a dime, I scaled the width to 108% and the length to 105% My haste in printing without cooling resulted in mediocre pictures, but the design functions flawlessly and fits neatly into a pocket. Print Settings: Printer: Tronxy x3 Rafts: Irrelevant Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20 Design Software: I leveraged SolidWorks 2016's capabilities as a student edition user to craft this design.
