Dillon Trimmer Dies Adapter
thingiverse
Designed an adapter to attach a cheap hand router to the trim die. Router uses a 3/8 mill end to trim the brass. Found an exhaust manifold on here and printed that as well. Of course the final one will be Dillon blue! I’ll have to say I was worried that it would not work very well. I was amazed. Works just as good as the 1500 and even does a better/smoother cut on the brass. It is very precise and actually is very strong even made out of PLA. Total cost was less than $100 (excluding trimmer die which I already had). Router was $55 (now $70 on Amazon). End mill bit, $20. Couple of bucks in PLA.
