Dillon 650XL Counter Switch Mount
thingiverse
I wanted to install a counter on my Dillon 650 to keep track of the total number of rounds being produced in a given session. I found a small digital counter of Ebay for cheap. Ill add the link when I can find it again, but it was dirt cheap like $8. Only required a 12 VDC signal which I am using a small buck transformer for. Again from Ebay and again cheap. This was mounted in the lower portion of my case feeder as shown in the picture. The switch mounting body uses the bolt pattern from the index cam follower on the left hand side of the machine. You will also need some M3x20mm Socket Head Cap Screws and nuts to complete the assembly. The switch body also has a small slot in it for a nyloc strap to hold the wires for the switch and act as a strain relief. Ill come up with a parts list and add at a later date if people are interested in this project.
