Dillon 650 750 Ammo counter sensor - Conta munizioni per Dillon
thingiverse
This project was inspired by a design I saw online that I adapted for my Dillon XL650, but I think it will also work well with the 750 and 1050 models. The need to have an exact count of ammunition reloaded is crucial, so I made several upgrades and modifications to make it stable and easy to plug in. I'd like to thank the original designer for giving me a great starting point. **Update:** I added two new designs: one for the display body and another for the project body. The display box design now has an adjustable and more robust feature, while the project body has a longer slide and three magnet holders. The project comes in three files: - Body counter (two versions) - Sport hatch - Display holder box (two versions) I used a 1x40 mm nail as a movement joint. I also made two slots for neodymium magnets that attach to the exit slide of the Dillon, measuring 6x1.5 mm (LxH). The magnet included with the electronic equipment should be placed in the housing with a small amount of hot glue. The display has two buttons: PAUSE and RESET. If you press PAUSE after a few minutes, the display will turn off. I designed the display holder to attach it to the Dillon case feeder holder tube.
