This is an extension designed specifically for the powder drop on the Dillon 1050 reloading press, significantly increasing the amount of powder it can hold for large-scale reloads. It's engineered to clear the case feeder and stays out of the way of the bullet feeder, ensuring smooth operation. The added weight of the powder has no impact on the reliability or accuracy of powder charges, even when empty. To ensure a secure fit, you may need to slightly sand the end that mates with the powder drop. I've tested this extension with an autodrive setup and it doesn't loosen the tension, even during extended use. Additionally, I've found no issues with smokeless powder affecting the PLA, as I left powder in the drop for almost a week without any problems. The factory Dillon lid fits perfectly on this extension as expected. I'll be uploading straight extensions compatible with all other Dillon powder drops where the case feeder isn't obstructive.
