I modified a mount found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2602613/#files, customizing it with my desired labels and transforming it into a wall mount version. The print fit perfectly without any scaling. Only the brass pin holders required some adjustment, needing to be reamed out slightly to accommodate the pins.
