The DiiCooler is a high-performance cooler designed specifically for the Wanhao Duplicator i3's hotend. Its unique 360-degree cooling system ensures optimal airflow around the part being printed, eliminating uneven cooling and providing a smoother finish. To install the DiiCooler, start by using M4x20 screws to secure it in the two holes typically used for the stock cooler. Next, attach an M3 screw and nut to fasten the radial fan to the cooler's underside. Connect the fan directly to the 3D printer's connection where the original 30 mm fan was previously attached. For best results, print the DiiCooler with the flat bottom facing down against the bed in ABS, PET-G, or other filaments that can withstand moderate heat levels. Avoid using PLA, as it may not perform optimally due to its lower melting point.
