Digital Watchdog Fisheye Camera Wall Mount (MEGAPix Series)

I recently did a CCTV camera install wherein the CAT6 cabling was already pulled. After getting all of the other cameras physically installed there was only one left. It turns out the final camera was a 9 megapixel, 360 degree fisheye camera. The only problem was that the pre-pulled CAT6 cable was already run and sticking out of the walll about half way up and there was no way to get it all the way up to the 25ft ceiling without pulling a whole new cable and renting a lift to get it there. Neither the owner nor I were interested in doing this, so I drew up this 90 degree wall-mount bracket to mount the camera in the proper orientation. Accessories needed for a complete installation: - (1x) Single-gang Electrical Box - Surface mount or recessed - Wiremold non-metallic 1 3/4" raceway device box pictured - (1x) 1 1/8" Rubber Grommet - (2x) Electrical wall plate screws - (2x) #6-32 x 3/4" flat Philips screws with nuts - 1 1/2" length pictured (It was all they had) - (2x) 4mm flat washers v4 Updates: - Added gusseting for additional strength - Minor aesthetic changes v5 Updates: 08/25/2022 - Increased chamfer on the camera plate cut-out to allow for the large ethernet connection to pass through with its weather shield. Couldn't fit the big camera connectors between the camera plate and the wall plate in the v4 design without cutting. This update resolves that.
